At So iLL, we are dedicated to providing high-quality climbing gear and apparel that meets your performance needs. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for items in new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement gear.
